Jaime Delgadillo PhD is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sheffield. He is also Director of Psychological Therapies Research at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust, where he supervises a mental health research team. He has postgraduate qualifications in psychoanalysis and cognitive behavioural therapy, and 20 years of clinical experience. His research focuses on understanding individual differences in psychological treatment response. He is particularly interested in the personalization of treatment applying methods from the field of precision medicine. He has over 100 publications in scientific journals and book chapters. He is an associate editor of the journal Psychotherapy Research and a member of the expert advisory group for the National Health Service (NHS) talking therapies system (formerly known as IAPT).
