Kjetil Moen, Phd., currently works as associate professor at the Faculty of health sciences, University of Stavanger (UiS). He also holds a position as chaplain at the University hospital in the same city. Kjetil`s research-interest relates in particular to the narratives of professionals in relations-intens occupations, particularly End-of-life care and Mental health care. His area of interest spans Phenomenology, Relational psychoanalysis, Existential philosophy and Ethics. Moen`s (emerging) project is 'Practitioners of coercion' - an exploration of how the use of coercion informs the self-understanding and praxis of mental health care professionals.
