The Emergence of Personality Disorders in Adolescence: New Findings and their Implications for Treatment
Recent research has made it clear that adolescents can display the same personality disordered patterns as adults, although their personalities are still under construction. In this talk, I explain how these personality difficulties emerge in adolescence from normal-range personality development gone awry, and I highlight implications for treatment.
